Allergen Statement
To
Our Valued Customers:
As
of June 19, 2006 all products produced at Stoney Creek Dairy Ltd. are PEANUT
& NUT FREE.
With each of
these changes of status we have undertaken extensive changes as to how we
conduct our production: from purchasing of raw materials to the hiring and
training of new and existing employees.
During
this transition period we would ask for your patience and understanding. For
those consumers with Peanut / Tree Nut Allergies we would ask that they follow
their normal precautions and if the symbols are not on the package please
refrain from buying or product UNTIL the new packaging arrives with the symbols
on it.
In
all cases every time a product is purchased, whether it is ice cream or another
commodity – Remember that good label savvy requires you to read the label
every time.
